Commissioning and training
After the completion of the wastewater treatment plant in terms of construction and installation of the electromechanical system components, the commissioning phase begins. The electrical and mechanical testing of the individual system components begins in a so-called “dry-run test.” Following this, the system components are tested with water. At this point, the tanks are filled and gradually fed with wastewater – plant operation begins. It typically takes approximately six to eight weeks for the biological processes to develop. During this phase, our commissioning team will support you in all aspects of the commissioning process – until the contractually agreed parameters are achieved and, ultimately, the plant is handed over.

We offer comprehensive training on the operation and maintenance of plant components, relevant process parameters, and laboratory analyses, optimally preparing future operating personnel for future plant operation. These training courses are typically conducted concurrently with plant commissioning.
